Systems Training Officer
We are looking for a Systems Training Officer to join a small but busy team delivering training and providing advice and support to our social care and early help system users.
The successful candidate will have proven experience of delivering training through a variety of training methods and be able to evidence that they have supported system users to be accurate, retaining their System knowledge following training.
Candidates should have excellent IT skills, with experience of developing e-learning, video and written guidance using a range of appropriate technology. We are looking to transform the way in which our systems training is delivered and the way in which guidance to users is provided so would welcome applications from those who have already developed innovative means of training, or are interested in working with us on our journey.
Other key skills should include: the ability to work on own initiative; the ability to work to tight deadlines and to a high standard; excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, both written and oral; experience of problem solving and dealing with difficult situations; and advanced knowledge of MS Office packages, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
We are looking for somebody who is patient, conscientious, flexible and self-motivated with a desire to continually improve the training experience to meet the needs of our system users.
The post-holder will be expected to travel to operational offices across Kent.
