Systems Operations Analyst x 2

Role Responsibility

We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Adult Social Care and Health (ASCH) Systems Team as a Systems Operations Analyst for a one year secondment or fixed term contract. There are two positions available. 

The purpose of these posts is to support the Systems team during a full review of all the MOSAIC workflows, worksteps etc. You will be working closely with operational colleagues to review, assess and manage the effectiveness of MOSAIC within ASCH to assist in ensuring change and improvements are implemented.

As well as meeting the Job Description and Person Specification, you will also be highly organised, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.  This is an ideal opportunity for someone interested in social care and technology.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
