Support Coordinator

Role Responsibility

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Coordinator within our Digital Inclusion & Capabilities Service, as part of the Financial Hardship Programme. 

This is a fixed-term full-time position until 31st March 2025, primarily working from home with around two days per week in Invicta House, Maidstone offices. We recognise that work isn't just somewhere you go for a set number of hours. Work is something we do. As a team we are committed to providing a flexible approach to when, where and how our team work.

The role is key to providing support to our engagement and operational activities, supporting the Digital Lead on a number of high-profile projects and initiatives, including our work with the energy providers (UKPN and SGN) and health and care partners (NHS).

We are looking for someone with an organised and proactive approach, who would like to make a positive contribution. 

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver engagement support to people to get digitally included, improve health outcomes and receive energy support. You should enjoy working as part of a high-performing and effective team, but also work independently whilst remotely.
