Sufficiency & Sustainability Support Officer - The Education People

Role Responsibility

We are currently seeking to recruit a dynamic, experienced individual to support the Early Years & Childcare Sufficiency & Sustainability Team.  You will work with the team and offer support across the breadth of the Team’s work, ensuring our systems and information are managed and maintained to a consistently high standard. Confident in using all Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining spreadsheets, finance processes, organising meetings and taking minutes as well as preparing reports. 

The successful candidate will demonstrate professional expertise and have significant previous experience working within a diverse administrative role. An adaptable approach to your workload and flexibility to work with changing demands is essential.  Excellent communication and telephone skills are vital as is the ability to provide high quality support to the team.  You will be a quick learner and possess the ability to deliver at pace when required as well as being focused on achieving excellent outcomes.  Able to demonstrate the capacity to cope with a variety of tasks in a busy office environment, you will have a proactive approach, work well under pressure, have a professional attitude and importantly work well as part of a team.
