Our Strategic Reset Programme (SRP) brings together new and existing change programmes from across Kent County Council which are critical for sustainability and shaping our future to.

Led by our Corporate Management Team, the programme is a way to strengthen our organisation and create an improved experience for residents, colleagues, partners, and people who use our services.
SRP is all about successful delivery, working closely alongside and supporting our services through trusted relationships to deliver high priority change at pace.
We are bringing together a new SRP Delivery Team to provide additional capacity to deliver these key programmes and we are now recruiting for the SRP Delivery Team Lead.
We are looking for an exceptional outcome focused Delivery Lead, to join the SRP team. This key role will work closely with services to successfully deliver a range of high profile, politically sensitive and complex SRP programmes, across multiple service areas.
Leading a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team, you will work on a number of high priority change programmes that form the SRP and through your significant experience lead the delivery team’s in-depth support for high priority transformational programmes.
Your strong analytical and strategic thinking skills will enable you to make connections across these highly complex programmes to align competing objectives and priorities. You will bring together key insights, pipelines and processes across SRP using detailed programme management expertise.
Working in collaboration with stakeholders to gain buy in, define programmes, and proactively create delivery solutions for these programmes, you will use your strong interpersonal skills to build relationships to drive and manage solutions through to successful delivery using a sound project management approach.
As the recognised expert you will frequently represent the SRP team at various forums, showing leadership and confidence to advise on all aspects of the programme and implement KCC and local government best practice.
