Strategic Reset Programme Analyst

Role Responsibility

Kent County Council's Strategic Reset Programme (SRP) is an exciting opportunity to deliver change across the largest county council in the country. It will need the commitment and skills of some of our most talented people to help make it happen. The right blend of skills, experience and behaviours in the Strategic Reset Programme Team will provide the foundations necessary for the programme to make a long-lasting impact.

The SRP Programme Analyst is a new fixed term role, working as part of a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary Programme Team, bringing people together across the council, working together to support programme delivery teams. The role involves defining, tracking and realising benefits across 12 programmes of work, to demonstrate impact and tell the story of added value across the council. This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements.
