What You’ll Be Doing

In this exciting graduate role, you’ll support the coordination of responses to Local Plans, neighbourhood plans, strategic planning applications, and Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPs). 

You’ll also contribute to long-term planning that enables high-quality housing and economic development, helping to map out the infrastructure Kent needs for a thriving future.

About You

We’re looking for ambitious, proactive graduates who are eager to learn. You’ll need:

  • A 2:2 degree (or equivalent) in planning or a related environmental discipline.
  • GCSE Grade A-C (4-9 or equivalent) in English language
  • GCSE Grade A-C (4-9 or equivalent) in Mathematics.Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for planning and infrastructure.
  • A basic understanding of planning policy and infrastructure delivery.
  • Commitment to study for a Chartered Town Planner apprenticeship (Level 7).
