Staff Engagement and Internal Communications Officer
Role Responsibility
Are you an experienced Internal Communications and Engagement professional with the ability to create and lead creative campaigns?
Are you a curious communicator and not afraid to ask questions?
We have an exciting opportunity within the small and mighty Internal Communications and Staff Engagement Team, to create and lead on organisation wide creative campaigns and change programmes, to help KCC achieve its strategic priorities.
Focused on KCC wide communication and engagement, you will manage key packages of work which are informed by data and intelligence, and develop our organisation identity, showcase achievements, and promote staff advocacy.
You will be outcome focused, with an eye for detail and accuracy, making sure all activity is inclusive, remains relevant and aligned to strategic priorities.
Always willing to take on a new challenge, you will become part of a supportive and friendly team, open to new ideas, creativity and we can promise that no two days will be the same.
