Role Responsibility
0.2 FTE SPECIALIST TEACHER – HEARING IMPAIRMENT
Salary: Main Pay Scale / Upper Pay Scale plus SEN2 allowance (SEN1 allowance for those in MQ training)
Base: Invicta House, Maidstone
The STLS PD and Sensory Service KCC would welcome applications from qualified teachers of the deaf, to work for the STLS Sensory Service.
This opportunity is open to Teachers with a Mandatory Qualification for Hearing Impairment.
The postholders will provide teaching and learning support for children and young people with hearing impairment from birth or diagnosis in the home, preschool settings, state funded mainstream schools and special schools.The postholders will deliver peripatetic services flexibly as directed by the HI Coordinators.
