Role Responsibility

As a result of a successful collaboration with a new client in the SW of England we are now looking to urgently fulfil a number of positions within our talented and ambitious ICT teams.

Our ICT, HR and Finance teams provide bespoke and tailored service solutions to customers across the UK, including Health, Local Government, Education and the Private Sector.  Our main office is based in Kingshill, although we fully embrace remote (home) working.

You will be providing ICT support for our customers and their security systems.  Responding promptly and effectively to incidents and actioning planned changes, ensuring ICT security is always maintained.  You will be experienced in undertaking small scale security enhancements and the smooth operation of security systems.  You will have extensive experienced in OS patching and  vulnerability remediation server and device as well as experience in:

• M365 Security options
• Cisco ASA firewall
• Checkpoint firewall
• Nessus scanner
• OS patching and  vulnerability remediation
• ADFS and 2 factor (SendIT)
• Threat detection, reporting and response experience.
• Sophos AV
• ForcePoint
• PSN compliance
• ISO 27001
