Shared Lives Administration Officer

Role Responsibility

An exciting opportunity has arisen in Kent Shared Lives for an Administration Officer; the role will report to the Business Support Officer and provide administrative/clerical/secretarial support to assist in the smooth running of the service and take a proactive role in relation to its day to day functioning.

The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE level or equivalent or have an NVQ2 in Administration or equivalent. This is a customer facing role so good communication skills are required as well as strong computer literacy with the ability to produce a range of documents and reports, including non-standard reports, using Windows WP package, Excel spreadsheet and database functions.
