Senior Educational Psychologists

Location of base negotiable.

We are seeking Senior Educational Psychologists to join our innovative and creative educational psychology service and to play a key leadership and strategic role as part of the service management team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in the future development and shape of the service. If you have a strategic outlook, have a passion for developing evidence based, creative innovate practice to deliver great outcomes for children and young people and want to inspire and lead others then we would like to hear from you. 

In return we offer a generous financial package which includes a £2000 “golden hello” and a £3000 a year market retention payment.  There are also relocation expenses of up to £8000 payable for those moving to Kent.  We offer flexible working arrangements supported by a laptop and smartphone, structured induction, highly regarded CPD opportunities, individual and peer group supervision and the support of an excellent dedicated administrative team. 

You will be taking the lead for specific parts of service delivery both on an area and county basis and provide leadership, management support and supervision to educational psychologists, trainee educational psychologists and support officers. You will also undertake a range of core, traded and statutory work and be able to develop your own area of specific interest.

It benefits from the UK’s only high-speed train with excellent links to London and the continent.
