An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the specialist and well-regarded Education Safeguarding Service as a Senior Administration Officer.
This is a demanding role and you will need a calm and organised approach. You will be working as part of a team, providing invaluable support to senior safeguarding professionals across the service. You will be a skilled motivated administrator highly proficient in the Microsoft suite, being able to organise your own time whilst supporting others in doing the same.
You will have excellent communication skills to deal with a wide range of issues of a deeply sensitive nature. You will be flexible about sharing duties as required throughout the team, acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries during office hours.
The post requires someone who is self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and able to work under pressure whilst being well supported.
Currently home based and working within the geographical areas of Kent and Medway.
