Purchasing Assistant - Mosaic Provider Portal team

Role Responsibility

Working within the Mosaic Provider Portal team, it is an exciting role for a confident, proactive, and positive individual, working within Adult Social Care.

The role will involve a wide range of payment tasks that involve liaising with our care providers to ensure our systems are accurate and ensure care providers are paid promptly and correctly. This role requires excellent administration, organisational and communication skills. You will be able to deal with issues of a confidential and sensitive nature appropriately. You will be confident in communicating regularly with care providers, staff, managers, and professionals, and prioritise your work.

You will have excellent IT skills as tasks include inputting, updating, modifying, and retrieving data on systems and running reports. The ability to problem-solve is essential as there is a need to investigate and resolve payment queries.

You will be confident, flexible, able to work well within a busy team, prioritise your workload and have the ability to travel around to county wide meetings on occasion in a timely manner if required.

Full induction and training will be given.
