Project Support
Role Responsibility
Please be advised this is a 12 month fixed term covering someone on secondment.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to work within the Transformation and Delivery Team's PMO (Portfolio Management Office) and support on a variety of new and existing projects that will help contribute towards the organisation’s strategic objectives.
The PMO is the 'engine room’ of the Transformation and Delivery Team and provides a number of services to the team, including delivering training on our Project Management system; monitoring the Portfolio’s overall health and providing reports to Senior Management; supporting with creating and / or delivering high quality workshops; and benefits realisation, to name a few.
As a Project Support you may also be assigned to specific Projects to support them with monitoring and reporting through the project management system, as well as planning and organising meetings and minutes.

The Successful Candidate:
Strong organisation skills and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships are essential for the role. We are looking for someone with a proactive approach to problem solving, with a flair for creativity in their work. You could be supporting several projects or working with staff from other teams in the Directorate, so good communication skills are a must.
