Role Responsibility
Adult Social care and health services across Kent face several significant challenges in the years ahead, as the population is living longer and with more complex needs; increasing demand on the health and care sector. We are committed to maintaining and improving high quality services, despite funding challenges faced by all public sector organisations. In this Project & Performance Analyst role, you will be working with Project Managers and Performance Analysts (across multiple projects concurrently) to establish meaningful KPI’s and set up effective ways of measuring outcomes and benefits, as well as analysing the data and foreseeing any potential deviations away from expectations. You will need to be confident is stakeholder engagement as you will be working closely with operational staff to ensure the change is embedded within the team(s) and the benefits are being realised for staff and the people we support.
You will be working within the Portfolio Management Office (PMO) to develop, oversee, and maintain the database(s) and dashboards for benefits realisation. You will create ad-hoc reports using innovative tools and techniques (such as Power Bi), and provide support, advice and guidance to the wider team.
