Project Administrator and Coordinator

Role Responsibility

This is a newly created and high-profile role which supports the Strengthening Referrals project within the Financial Hardship Programme to coordinate a robust referrals network within Kent.

You will be expected to liaise with colleagues within KCC and partners outside of KCC.  You will build upon and support the referrals network to ensure cross-sector engagement and collaboration across the County.  You will also support the general administration of all projects within the Financial Hardship Programme.

We are looking for someone highly organised with the ability to prioritise work and be flexible in order to meet the needs of the team.  Excellent communication and administrative skills and good knowledge of computer systems is essential.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
