Programme Administrator - Ukraine Refugee Response

Role Responsibility

We are looking for a flexible and motivated individual with a keen work ethic to provide comprehensive administrative support to this high profile and fast paced team. 

This is a vital role that supports the wider team to operate effectively through the provision of a variety of administration tasks, including data entry, tracking responses, coordinating meetings and supporting management and wider team activity.

This key role has a strong focus on data quality and the management of information therefore high-quality IT skills are required alongside excellent attention to detail and accuracy.  

You will also have first class communications skills, strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet deadlines. 

The role is a flexible role with a blend of office and remote working, although a designated work base will be agreed with the successful candidate.

This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Application to the Disclosure and Barring Service.

This role is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.

Interviews are scheduled to take place week commencing 3rd October 2022, although this is subject to change.
