Quote from one of our current Practice Consultant’s

This role has provided me with opportunity to consolidate practice and gain experience of working at a more strategic level in identification of system blockages and development of innovative ways to work across health, ICB and Education to facilitate change.  I am frequently given opportunity to work creatively , be part of exciting projects and influence change.  The role provides a different approach in development of my coaching and mentoring skill;  supporting health, education, and social care practitioners to understand the complex systems they are navigating and how to apply the relevant legislation”.  M.Kinsella
