Practice Consultant for Complex & Crisis Pathways

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within Kent County Council Children and Young People’s Strategic Commissioning Unit working in partnership with the Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group’s Children and Maternity Commissioning Team.  As we are looking to jointly expand our collaborative work in support of Children and Young People who require support along our complex and crisis pathways.

Do you hold a core professional qualification?

Are you passionate about providing a quality service to children, young people their families and networks who have complex and / or crisis needs?

Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills?

Are you solution focused, creative, resourceful and dynamic?

Do you enjoy fostering and enabling partnership working?

Are you passionate about ensuring the voice of young people and their families / networks are heard and responded to?
