Would you like to support young people to build bright and stable futures for themselves?

Would you like to spend every day at work knowing that you have made a difference in the lives of young people?

The appointees will work to ensure that the young people are afforded every opportunity to meet their own housing needs, with support and guidance from the Housing Specialist, to effectively help plan the accommodation journey of the young person and to avoid the potential experience of homelessness, wherever possible.

The successful applicants will strive to meet the objectives of the KCC Homelessness Reduction Project and to support the overall aims of understanding of responsibilities involved in sustaining long term sustainable accommodation, which underpin the approach of the Accommodation Team within the 18+ Service.
