Permanent Relief Support Worker

Role Responsibility

We are looking to recruit a Permanent Relief Support Worker to join our staff team within South West Central Community Services, this position will be based within Tonbridge and Tunbridge Wells teams.

We work with a wide range of individuals with varying needs, we lead activities in both our hubs, and within the community.

You will need to assist in meeting the needs and aspirations of people with learning and physical disabilities to achieve their individual outcomes and personal goals.  Provide individuals with encouragement, support, and assistance; promoting social inclusion, including their rights and choices, to enable people to live more independent and fulfilled lives.

You will need to work towards completion of the Skills for Care Certificate in an agreed timeframe; or evidence of having completed the Care Certificate and hold or be willing to undertake Diploma Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
