Broadmeadow is a care centre that provides short term placements, assisting people to regain their independence and meet their aims and objectives.

By promoting independence and delivering person centred care, you’ll be making a real difference to people’s everyday lives. If you are passionate about helping others, you’re the perfect candidate and if you are interested in getting qualifications, you can work towards them once you start the job.

Your day-to-day might include: Assisting with personal care such as showering and dressing, assisting people to eat and drink, supporting people with their daily activities, monitoring individual’s conditions, and engaging service users with social activities.

We are able to offer you a comprehensive induction package. This will include mandatory training as well as access to multiple personal development courses.  You will already hold an NVQ/Diploma Level 2 or equivalent. We can also offer this programme to the right candidate if not held upon commencing employment.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
