Performance Analyst
Role Responsibility
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Business Performance Team in KCC’s People and Communications division for a Performance Analyst.
With a particular focus on People Analytics, the team use HR data to support Kent County Council’s People Strategy. Working closely with customers within the People and Communications division and across KCC, you will use a range of different techniques to produce, interpret, analyse, and present complex data.
You will provide high quality data analysis in a timely manner to support decision making and the delivery of KCC’s People Strategy. This will require the use of your excellent communication skills, providing expert advice and guidance on data and analysis, and supporting customers with their interpretation and understanding of data.
You will have experience of using various reporting tools, such as Excel, Access and PowerBI to enhance the analysis and presentation of people data.
(Please note this role is normally based at Sessions House, Maidstone, but due to current Covid legislation the post holder will be required to work from home for an indefinite period of time. The majority of networking and formal meetings under Covid arrangements will be conducted through online Microsoft Teams Calls, however face-to-face meetings may be required at a local Covid-secure building)
