Performance Analyst
Role Responsibility
Performance Analyst
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the HR OD Performance Team in KCC’s Kent Analytics team for a Performance Analyst.
With a particular focus on People Analytics, the team use HR data to support Kent County Council’s People Strategy. Working closely with customers within the Deputy Chief Executive’s Department and across KCC, you will use a range of different techniques to produce, interpret, analyse, and present complex data.
You will provide high quality data analysis in a timely manner to support decision making and the delivery of KCC’s People Strategy. This will require the use of your excellent communication skills, providing expert advice and guidance on data and analysis, and supporting customers with their interpretation and understanding of data.
There may also be the opportunity to develop your skills by supporting the wider Kent Analytics team who support teams and services across the council.
You will have experience of using various reporting tools, such as Excel and a good knowledge of PowerBI, to enhance the analysis and presentation of people data.
Potential online interview to take place before in person interviews, that will be held on Tuesday 4th November 2025.
