Role Responsibility
An Exciting Opportunity in Adult Social Care
We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our Adult Social Care team as an Operational Support Services Officer. This role sits within the Operational Support Service, where you will manage a varied caseload and contribute as an additional worker, supporting the operational teams who hold the key worker responsibilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting operational teams with Court of Protection Referrals for people who have lost capacity
- Supporting operational teams with genealogy searches
- Protection of property, including pets. Regular visits to properties and arranging access for services on a county-wide basis.
- Co-ordinating and organising workload
- Communicating effectively with external agencies via phone and email
- Managing sensitive information in line with confidentiality and data protection procedures
- Working flexibly as part of a small team to meet tight deadlines
