Mosaic Provider Portal Analyst

Role Responsibility

This is a 1-year fixed term position, working within the Mosaic Provider Portal Team. It is an exciting role working within Adult Social Care.

The role involves analysing suspended, unmatched disputed and over paid invoices on our client databases. This requires liaising with our care providers and customers to ensure our systems are accurate and ensure care providers are paid promptly and correctly and customers are informed of any discrepancies on their bills. This role requires excellent administration, organisational and communication skills. You will be able to deal with issues of a confidential and sensitive nature appropriately. You will be confident in communicating regularly with care providers, staff, clients, managers, and professionals, and prioritise your work.

You will have excellent IT skills as tasks include inputting, updating, modifying, and retrieving data on mutable internal systems and running reports. The ability to problem-solve is essential as there is a need to investigate and resolve payment queries.

You will be confident, flexible, able to work well within a busy team and prioritise your workload. You will be able to travel around the county in a timely manner if required.

Full induction and training will be given.
