Monitoring & Research Officer - Reconnect Programme

Fixed Term: 31st October 2022

The Reconnect Programme is doing amazing things to help children and young people across Kent to reconnect to the things they’ve missed and lost during the pandemic. We are looking for a Monitoring & Research Officer to join our fantastic team to help us learn from the work we do and to make sure the programme is positioned to effectively engage with children, young people, and those working in communities to support them.

We are looking for someone who is driven by making a difference for children and young people, who is well organised, and has a good understanding of research approaches and techniques Supported by colleagues in Kent Analytics you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering monitoring and research activities such as data synthesis and analysis, and in depth interviews and focus groups. You will have the scope to bring the programme to life by making sure the experience of children, young people, families and those who support them are told through stories and case studies across a range of media, If this sounds like a role you would thrive in we would love to hear from you!

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
