Minibus Driver Assessor

Role Responsibility

Location:  Schools and organisations across Kent.

Hours:  Flexible Monday -Friday school term time only (occasional work during school holidays)

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Minibus assessor to support schools and organisations across Kent. This flexible zero hour role is ideal for individuals with a background in transport, training or driver assessment, who are passionate about promoting safe and responsible driving practices.

Key responsibilities:  

• Conduct on-road assessments for minibus drivers in accordance with current safety standards organisational policies.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to drivers following assessments.
• Complete and submit assessment reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Support compliance with legal and safety requirements related to minibus operation.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
