Marketing Executive

Role Responsibility

An opportunity has arisen within Community Learning & Skills for a Marketing Executive. You will be a clear and articulate communicator both face to face and on the phone, have effective IT skills and be able to build relationships with both internal and external customers.

This role is to provide full administrative support for the CLS Marketing Team. You will need to be able to demonstrate that you understand how to control, manage and monitor a range on financial processes, as well as, organise the production, sourcing and effective distribution of all marketing materials.

This is a busy but friendly team driven by tight deadlines. The ideal candidate should have a basic knowledge of marketing principles, and awareness of Data Protection and confidentiality procedures. You will be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of the team.

You will also act as the liaison and co-ordinator with colleagues in CLS, KCC and external partners to facilitate effective communication within the marketing team.
