- handling lots of different requests or issues at the same time (while keeping calm and focused)
- building good relationships to get things done smoothly (collaboration is your motto)
About you
- You’re great at working out what marketing and communications activity is needed and turning this into an effective and measurable plan.
- You have an excellent track record of successfully delivering multiple, concurrent marketing, communications or customer experience projects.
- You have bags of experience in producing content that will interest and appeal to target audiences.
- You are confident in building good relationships with colleagues and know when to resolve issues yourself and when to escalate.
- You know what’s involved in creating and implementing multi-channel campaigns and communications activity.
- You’re able to influence, motivate and direct colleagues that you don’t directly manage.
- You’re not afraid to challenge or to be challenged, you’re curious to know how things can be improved and you work exceptionally well as part of a multi-disciplinary team, focused on shared goals.
- It matters to you that the work you’ll do here will be helping the residents and communities of Kent.
