Locality Organiser

Role Responsibility

We are seeking for a Flexible Locality Organiser, to cover the West Kent Area.   

The successful candidate will be working directly with the West Kent Operational Manager and Operational Support Manager, this is a flexi position supporting all Localities in West Kent, as part of the Kent Enablement at Home service. 

These roles are not directly managing a locality, however they will be to back fill Locality Organisers, to cover A/L, sickness, training and peaks in service delivery. 

The role will include running the service delivery in the Locality Organisers absence, performance management, investigations, disciplinaries, targeted pieces of work to support service delivery, for example, Agency hand backs and Health demands. Also data analysis and supporting with shift management. 

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in managing staff issues, multi-tasking and delivering a fast paced enablement service. 

The successful candidate will not only meet the conditions of the Job Description and Person Specification but will also be highly organised, flexible, and able to work on their own initiative.
