Learning Solutions Developer
Role Responsibility
Fixed Term: 12 months
Learning and Development are looking for a Learning Solutions Developer with a focus on Digital Skills. This role will be a 12-month fixed term contract and will work within the Learning Solutions Development Team delivering digital learning solutions, part of which will be connected to the Council’s digital transformation programme to ensure their alignment with the Strategic reset programme.
We are looking for experienced learning and development professional with a proven track record in digital solutions creation and learning design.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualification within Learning and Development or equivalent experience pertinent to the job role
- Solid practical knowledge and substantial experience in digital learning design and developing creative, technically sound learning solutions informed by understanding how people engage with and respond to visual, audio, and written content.
- Exceptional people engagement skills to engage end-users in the development process
- Ability to work to project plans and meet deadlines.
Location
This role is primarily based in Maidstone - however, KCC are committed to flexible working options including hybrid working and home working.
