Insight, Evaluation and Learning Officer

Role Responsibility

Fixed Term Full Time contract, 37 hours per week - Until 31 March 2027

Active Kent & Medway is one of 43 Active Partnerships in England. We are hosted by Kent County Council and funded by Sport England to tackle inactivity, which is driven by inequalities. We believe in the power of getting ‘more people, more active, more often’ for physical and mental health, as well as individual, social, community and economic development.

Are you passionate about creating long-lasting change for local communities? Are you experienced in collecting and using data and insight to inform decisions and tell a compelling story?

Active Kent & Medway is looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative and passionate individual to take on this newly created position as Insight, Evaluation and Learning Officer.

Working across our team and with a broad range of partners and communities you will help plan, coordinate and deliver insight, monitoring, evaluation and learning functions, to help inform decisions and demonstrate the impact of our work. You will help us to understand the lived experience of local communities, support our place partnership work and enhance system collaboration to help get more people, more active, more often.

The role provides an exciting opportunity for someone with a successful track record and experience in research, monitoring, evaluation and learning to help us change the status quo and make a difference to people’s lives across Kent and Medway.
