Innovation & Partnerships Business Support

Role Responsibility

Working in a creative way to support varied innovation and partnership activities which are aligned with the core principles of our Adult Social Care Strategy – Making a Difference Every Day and improve outcomes for people we support.

The post holder will support managers within the Innovation and Partnerships Team, through effective co-ordination and optimisation of the day-to-day activities. Being a key member in our newly formed Innovation and Partnerships Division which is set to transform our approach to care in Kent.

The post holder will stimulate an environment for innovation and proactively seeking and embracing new ways of working. This team will spearhead innovation, foster external partnerships, and explore new funding avenues to keep adult social care at the cutting edge. And ensure the voices of those we serve into the heart of our decision-making processes. You can find about more about the team by viewing this animation.
