Infrastructure Systems & Processes Development Officer
Role Responsibility
The successful applicant to this position will work with teams from across the Council's Infrastructure Division to maximize the use of existing systems, develop an understanding of service requirements, and drive process and system improvements to the business systems that we look after.
We are looking for someone with experience in a similar public sector or corporate environment with particular emphasis on customer service and partnership working, can demonstrate skills in identifying and analysing business issues, developing processes, stakeholder management, and training others in the use of IT systems.
Key skills that we are looking for this role are strong communication and engagement, ability to pick up new systems and technologies and the ability to lead group training exercises.
