HR Adviser

Role Responsibility

12 months - Fixed Term Full Time

We currently have a challenging and exciting opportunity for a HR Adviser within the HR/OD Team, supporting and enabling our service managers to achieve their business outcomes with confidence and competence.  

You will also provide expert advice on performance and capability, grievance and disciplinaries in a way that is responsive to the changing needs of the organisation and support a variety of project types across the HR and OD spectrum (including organisational design, reward, employment policy, diversity and inclusion, culture and resourcing).

As a HR Adviser you will be confident in operating in an advisory capacity and be able to build and maintain positive relationships with individuals at all levels of the organisation to deliver business focused solutions.

Working as part of a collaborative, supportive and customer-focused team, you will be interpreting employment legislation and internal policies and procedures to be able to advise managers. 

The HR/OD Team operates a flexible working approach which is a blend of remote working and office/site working at Invicta house and throughout Kent.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position.
