Gateway Co-ordinator

Role Responsibility

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work in Ashford Gateway Plus as the Gateway Co-ordinator. Day to day, you will be managing the Meet & Greet service and team, working with our customers to help them resolve their queries, dealing with building operational issues, managing the budget, as well as working on development projects. In addition, you will be engaging with partners and stakeholders to offer customers the most holistic experience that responds to local needs.

We are looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and is confident in dealing with situations as they arise.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
