Family Hubs Project Manager - Programme Support
Role Responsibility
Kent County Council are looking to recruit a Project Manager to lead on providing Programme Support to assist the development of a Family Hub model in Kent.
The role will be an 18-month contract or secondment, with possibility for extension.
The purpose of this role is to work in the Children, Young People and Education (CYPE) directorate to support the Programme Manager in the co-design and set up of systems, processes and governance arrangements as well as line manage a Project and Business support function. This will also include the coordination of communication and digital activity and developing project plans.
We are specifically looking for a proactive Project Manager who is highly motivated, organised and able to drive forward this exciting agenda alongside the Family Hub delivery team and key partners.
This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
