Family Hubs Health Integration Manager

Role Responsibility

Kent County Council are looking to recruit a Family Hub Health Integration Manager to work closely with Health partners and key stakeholders to develop and design new collaborative health integration pathways which support the implementation of the Family Hub model.

The role will be for a 18 month contract or secondment, with possibility for extension.

The postholder will be expected to lead all workstreams across health partners and local authority children’s services to establish robust systems, processes and governance arrangements for services from 0-19 years involving the Kent County Council leaders, the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board, and Health leaders and key partners.

We are specifically looking for a proactive and innovate manager with experience leading on the delivery of complex integrated programmes and transformative agendas.

This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. The appropriate standards are set out in the Job Description/Person Specification.
