Equality and Inclusion Adviser - 37 hours per week Monday to Friday

The Early Years and Childcare Service’s Equality and Inclusion Team is advertising for the post of Equality and Inclusion Adviser to work across the district of Swale.

The role offers an exciting opportunity to proactively support the delivery of best practice in Early Years settings and childcare across the district and potentially beyond, to aim to ensure successful outcomes for vulnerable children. The job involves significant amounts of interactions with providers so you will demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence and an ability to build constructive relationships with a range of providers and practitioners, using excellent communication skills. You will also have a deep understanding of early childhood development that will allow you to support early identification of needs and strategies to improve outcomes for children.
