Are you passionate about enabling people? Do you want to actively support your community? Are you able to think innovatively whilst working in challenging situations?

We have an exciting opportunity for four full time Enablement Assessment Officers (KR7) two in East Kent and two in North Kent, as part of our expansion within Kent Enablement Services (KES) with an expectation to deliver the service Kent Wide if required.

You will manage a caseload of people with complex needs and  establish SMART Enablement goals  with them identifying the correct level of enablement to meet their needs and establish the outcomes required, to maintain or increase their independence.

This role is subject to holding a full UK Driving Licence.

The Enablement Assessment Officer will work closely with wider KES colleagues as well as our Occupational Therapist to ensure assessments are holistic and all opportunities are maximised.
