If you are an experienced Educational Psychologist, recently qualified or in your final year of Doctoral training then we would like to hear from you.

Part time working is also available.

You will be rewarded with a generous financial package that includes a “golden hello” of £2000 and an annual retention payment of £3000 plus starting at point 5 of Scale A. We also offer up to 3 SPA points.  We offer flexible working arrangements supported by a laptop and iPhone, structured induction, highly regarded CPD opportunities, individual and peer group supervision and the support of an excellent dedicated administrative team.

We are a partially traded service, which is open and responsive to new ideas and contributions from all members of the service. We are a busy, creative friendly team of highly supportive colleagues, who will make you feel welcome and involve you immediately in a range of interesting work with schools e.g. video interactive guidance, ELSA training, webinars as well as statutory work for the local authority.

We provide high quality, evidenced based practice, which is increasingly focused on systems level work. We are proud to have developed several innovative interventions and to have published associated research undertaken by members of the service.

You will have the opportunity to undertake a range of core, traded and statutory work and be able to develop your own areas of interest. We are passionate about trying to find new ways of delivering our training, traded and statutory work which provides a better experience for children and young people, parents/carers and professionals. We are continuously seeking to improve within a learning culture.
