What we are looking for

A person who is

• motivated, supportive and has inclusion at the heart of what they do
• experienced in supporting children and young people in educational settings - and can bring their knowledge/approaches to working at VSK with our young people living outside of Kent
• able to work independently and as part of a team
• understanding of safety being paramount for our children/young people
• flexible and adaptive to the different needs of our children and young people

This is a Term Time Contract until 1^st April 2021, although this will be reviewed at the end of the financial year. The post is for the Out of County Area Team at VSK.

Interviews will be held on Microsoft Teams.

A significant part of the working week will be spent attending meetings via Microsoft Teams and skype with different educational settings and local authorities across the country, so the ability to be flexible in your approach is essential.
