Early Career Teacher Induction Manager - The Education People

Please Note: The application deadline for this job has now passed.

Role Responsibility

This is an exciting full-time position for someone who has experience in working as a mentor for Early Career Teachers. You must have good knowledge and experience of the induction process for those new to teaching and of the Early Career Framework. You will be leading a small, experienced team working as the appropriate body on behalf of Kent County Council, overseeing the induction and training for over 700 new teachers both in and outside of Kent.

You must be an effective leader and communicator who can build relationships with school leaders and teachers locally and nationally. You must be confident in liaising with relevant agencies, such as the DFE and TRA, and able to work well under pressure.
