Domestic Assistant

Role Responsibility

Broadmeadow is a care centre that provides short term placements, assisting people to regain their independence and meet their aims and objectives.

Your day-to-day might include: General cleaning and tidying of communal areas and service users bedrooms. Enhanced cleaning of bedrooms following service user discharges. Laundry tasks. Assisting with cleaning tasks in the main kitchen, primarily washing-up and cleaning after cooking has finished. Following cleaning schedules and completing records to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained across the building.

We have one Domestic vacancy available, and we can be flexible in the hours offered (to be discussed at interview).

We are able to offer you a comprehensive induction package. This will include mandatory training as well as access to multiple personal development courses. You will have a rolling 4-week rota pattern that includes two weekends and flexible start times, enabling a more flexible work-life relationship. Any hours worked at the weekend carry an enhancement of one third above the hourly pay rate.
