Domestic Assistant - Permanent Relief
Role Responsibility
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the domestic team at Broadmeadow Care Centre in Folkestone, Kent.
Working on an 'as needed' basis you will share responsibility for the general cleaning, laundry and domestic upkeep of an adult short-stay residential setting. The post-holder will ensure that rooms are cleaned and sanitised inline with cleaning schedules, participate in laundry duties and may be required to assist with light kitchen tasks.
Broadmeadow Care Centre provides short stay services for up to 48 adults for rehabilitation, respite or assessment. Domestic colleagues will need to be confident to engage in conversations with service users, visitors and a range of staff onsite. You will maintain accurate cleaning records, have an awareness of COSHH regulations, Food Safety and Data Protection.
Shifts are available between 0700 - 1500 7 days per week, exact times and days to be discussed at interview.
A uninform, DBS check and induction program are provided, along with the opportunity for further personal development.
