Digital Change Management Officer

Kent County Council's Digital Transformation programme is an exciting opportunity to deliver digital change across the largest county council in the country. It’s an exciting time to join us. We're searching for people-focused digital advocates to join our new team. We’re focused on improving services for our residents and making our council truly digital. We are looking for a Digital Change Manager to join the  team who work collaboratively with colleagues across the whole organisation to deliver this.

Working as part of multi-disciplinary teams, you will work on a number of high priority digital change programmes across the organisation delivering digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity to join a new team, working alongside a Digital partner, to enable change that is both sustainable and inevitably delivers better digital services for our residents.  

You will be responsible for the development and execution of change management plans across the life cycle of a range of complex Digital Transformation programmes across the Council.
