Development Agreements Project Manager
Role Responsibility
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated individual to join the successful Development Agreements Team at Kent County Council to manage the delivery of developer funded schemes via Section 38 and Section 278 Agreements through providing advice, technical assistance at the detailed design stage through to delivery, and construction of new and amended highway infrastructure schemes on site and post construction phases.
This will include the technical review and acceptance of designs submission to Kent Design Guide, Manual for Streets and DMRB standards alongside the audit site supervision of the construction works.
Knowledge of road construction design and civil engineering skills alongside the understanding of the Section 278 and Section 38 legal adoption process is required.
