Salary:  £19,389 - £20,493 pro rata

Hours: 0 - 37 hours per week

We have exciting opportunities at West View for Care Workers to join our Day service in Tenterden,  this is the perfect role for a care worker wanting day time hours Monday - Friday, (9.30am to 4.30pm) This is a  role, with Relief, Part-time and or Permanent contracts is available from 0 - 37 hours per week. 

The contracts available are flexible and could suit those with family or other commitments, for example we have other shifts such as full days, mornings/afternoons and weekend shifts.

Our Day Centre in Tenterden is a purpose-built centre which is the base for a huge variety of social activities and education-based sessions, it is located within the heart of the local community and is a short walk from the local high street. Sessions at the centre are tailor-made to suit individual or group needs. Other activities on offer to the people we support in Tenterden include IT, basic literacy and numeracy, gardening, cooking, music activities, communication practice, art activities, sensory environments and to access facilities in the local community.

The duties are varied, and no two days will be the same. The people we support are individuals and they are all treated as such. However, as a general guide, you may support them with personal care needs, as well as help to take part in a wide range of special interests and activities that support their health and well-being.
